Qingdao University 2017 Information Sheet for International Master & Doctor Applicants

一、申请Application

申请资格：

硕士生：持有外国护照的非中国籍公民,品德良好，愿意遵守中国的法律、法规及学校纪律。具有学士学位，汉语授课专业要求HSK5级及以上。对中英文授课以英文为主的学位点，来自英语为母语的国家或英语水平达到接受授课要求的学生申请攻读硕士学位，其汉语水平不作要求。

博士生：持有外国护照的非中国籍公民，品德良好，愿意遵守中国的法律、法规及学校纪律。具有硕士学位，汉语授课专业要求HSK5级及以上。对中英文授课以英文为主的学位点，来自英语为母语的国家或英语水平达到接受授课要求的学生申请攻读博士学位，其汉语水平不作要求。

招生专业：Programs

我校有权授予博士、硕士学位的学科、专业均可以招收和培养外国来华留学研究生。

注：已获得中国政府奖学金资格的申请者按照教育部国家留学基金管理委员会相关招录流

申请时间：2017年5月5日前

To attend Qingdao University in the fall of 2017, please submit the following application materials before the deadline of May 5, 2017.

申请材料： Application Materials:

1、青岛大学学历留学生申请表（见附件3）

Application form for degree-seeking international students in Qingdao university（see Attachment 3）

2、个人简历（见附件4）Resume（See Attachment 4）

3、 护照复印件Copy of passport

       4、 学历证明文件，须为中文或英文的原件或公证件；

注：应届毕业生在申请时提供预计毕业证明或在学证明，被录取后须补交学历证明文件方可获得录取资格。

5、最高学历阶段成绩单 须为中文或英文原件扫描件或公证件

6、已就业者提交工作证明 Work certification

7、HSK5级成绩（中文授课专业）Certificate(HSK5 is required by programs taught in Chinese)

8. 两名副教授或相当职称以上专家、学者的推荐信。

二、奖学金Scholarships

我校现在提供留学生奖学金项目有中国政府奖学金、山东省政府奖学金和国家汉办孔子学院奖学金。具体信息请参阅网址：http://cie.qdu.edu.cn/lxsq/jxj_Scholarships.htm

三、费用 Fees

1、申请费：400元人民币（可以通过银行汇款，汇款信息见附件5）也可以直接到办公室支付现金，申请费用不予退还。

Application Fee：400RMB. This payment can be made by bank transfer（Account information see Attachment 5）or in cash. To pay by bank transfer, please see attachment. Application fee cannot be returned

四、材料提交方式（三选一）

There are three ways to submit application materials. Please choose one of the following:

1、将电子版(或扫描件)发邮件至：oip@qdu.edu.cn

2、 邮寄至青岛大学留学生办公室。地址：青岛市宁夏路308号青岛大学留学生办公室266071

3、直接到青岛大学留学生办公室提交。

Come to the International Students Office to submit directly.

来校路线：青岛市宁夏路308号，青岛大学国际教育学院留学生办公室（青岛大学主校区西院敏行楼，正门进入后左转，国际交流中心向北100米）。

Directions: This office is located in the lobby of MinXing Building on the West Campus of Qingdao University, 308 Ningxia Road (100 meters north of the International Academic Exchange Center).

五、住宿Dormitory

青岛大学拥有不同规格和条件的留学生宿舍，具体信息查看“住宿指南”或者发邮件fengmowei514@126.com咨询。

六、录取Admission

申请者需根据学校要求参加考试或面试。合格后，学校将发给申请人《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表），以便申请人申请来华学习（X1或X2）签证。签证申请有关信息请咨询当地中国使领馆。

Applicants will be required to take the standard entrance examination and interview. Candidates who pass the exams will receive an“Admission Notice”and“Visa Application for International Students and Scholars to China (JW202 Form).”Please apply for an X1orX2 visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your home country by using our materials. The details of visa process please check from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

七、报到Registration

2017年9月初，具体时间以《录取通知书》为准。录取的学生须严格按照录取通知书规定的时间到校办理入学、注册手续。

Register at the International Students Office during the registration period specified in Admission Notice. 

 八、管理培养

外国留学研究生的日常管理、培养、毕业、学位授予等工作参照青岛大学相关文件执行。硕士（博士）研究生在学习期满，成绩合格，通过硕士（博士）论文答辩者学校将发给毕业证书，并按照青岛大学学位授予条例授予硕士（博士）学位。按照学籍管理规定，对于考试成绩不合格的研究生、博士生，将根据不同情况发给结业证书或写实性证明。
